Just a note to thank you an all the staff at the hotel, lesiure complex and spa for a most relaxing stay last weekend. We did not know the hotel and had only bookied at the last minute but were delighted with the friendliness, cleanliness and standard of the hotel. Needless to say the food was lovely and nothing seemed to be too much bother. Looking forward to staying with you again and bring the family with us!

I would like to thank you, on behalf of Royal Mail, for the successful day we hosted at Lancaster London. The venue was very efficient and the staff were consistently helpful and friendly. I received many nice comments from all the delegates. The lunch was particularly good, and I thought the menu and food was really special. Finally, a thank you to all the staff I encountered on the day – relaxed and professional at all times.

The way the hotel’s staff work together is admirable and the work put in by all departments is appreciated. I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Lancaster London for providing superb service levels for my clients Alliance Boots, who held their Alphega Pharmacy European Convention at the hotel from 16 – 18 November 2008. This was a difficult event to execute and there were a number of pressure areas, however we were able to identify them and work together in order to achieve a satisfactory outcome. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of the hotel staff across all departments both back and front of house, which contributed to the success of this event. It was delightful to work with a team of dedicated friendly professionals who clearly did everything possible to ensure that the guests’ satisfaction was exceeded. I would have no hesitations in recommending the hotel to my clients and industry colleagues and in this respect look forward to finding the next suitable business opportunity when we may be able to work together.

I just wanted to write and express our thanks for all your help with the recent Barclays AD/APM event. Despite a relatively short lead time on this event, your responsiveness and flexibility allowed us to put our plans in place with minimum of delay. Where minor problems arose, you were quick to go the extra mile to remedy them and you certainly provided a great example of the excellent customer service that was the subject of the event.
