The Forest Suite is a collection of thirteen cool contemporary spaces for meetings or functions for eight to 150 guests. Many have stunning views over Hyde Park and the surrounding townscape, and all have natural or secondary daylight.
These meeting rooms are equipped with sophisticated lighting and cutting-edge communication technologies, including audio/visual links to the Nine Kings and Westbourne Suites, certainly ideal for breakout sessions or Board Meetings. Stylishly furnished using natural woods and fabrics, they are individually designed to be inviting, calm and business like.

Technical Specifications
- Beech Suite - The largest space in the Forest Suite, Beech is a single room for up to 150, or partitioned to three separate, linked rooms.
- Oak Suite - Oak, with its trademark picture windows, accommodates up to 100 as a single room, or splits into three separate rooms.
- Cedar Rooms - There are two Cedar rooms, smaller spaces for a maximum of 15 guests.
- Willow Rooms - The three Willow rooms are also intimate in scale, and each accommodates up to 16 guests.
- Boardroom - The Boardroom boasts a broad sweep of floor-to-ceiling windows and features a specially-commissioned dark wood boardroom table
- Park Room - The Park Room is a contemporary venue suitable for cocktail parties for up to 150 people, a buffet or banquet for up to 100 people and, with its integral dance floor, dinner dances for up to 80 people. The Park Room features two walls of huge windows giving leafy views across to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, and the ceiling skylights allow light to flood into the room. The black American walnut panelling, white walls, and dark brown and cream striped carpet create an ultra-modern look, and the adjacent dedicated kitchen ensures that all private dining is to the highest standard.
- Chestnut Room - The Chestnut Room brings an additional luxurious dimension to the spectacular set of meeting rooms at the Lancaster London. With a stylish yet simple interior, the room’s fresh contemporary style, with Art Deco overtones, offers clients an excellent, deluxe event facility. Whether it’s for a theatre style presentation, a boardroom meeting or a space for private dining – the versatile room design can be transformed to suit all requirements and is serviced by a dedicated banqueting team with cuisine of the highest standard.
