Inspired by the original Nipa Restaurant in The Landmark Hotel, Bangkok, the 55-seat restaurant is renowned for its finesse, delicacy and authentic Thai cuisine mixing the hot and spicy with the mild and sweet – a sublime harmony of flavours from superlative ingredients prepared according to traditional recipes.
Three set menus are available or choose from the extensive a la carte menu under the guidance of Restaurant Manager, Kaseam Jongpitikrat and his colleagues.
